FAMILY MEMBERSHIP & BILLING
One family membership. A price you can understand.
Parents and families pay $30 per month. Approved income-based family access is $15 per month for the same features. Institutions have separate pricing through direct inquiry.
Before you pay
- Checkout must show the monthly amount and require your confirmation.
- There is no annual plan, feature tier or automatic income-based approval in this offering.
- A student aged 16 or 17 can connect to an adult-managed membership; the student-account age gate does not establish payment authority.
Verified access
- Submit proof only through the enabled private verification flow. Public questionnaires and school portals do not accept income documents.
- Eligibility requires an independent review; self-declaration alone does not activate the lower rate.
- Approval lasts 12 months. Discounted subscriptions are configured to end at the approval expiration unless the membership is renewed after re-verification; no silent switch to $30 is authorized by this process.
Manage membership
- When billing is active, use Manage billing to view provider-hosted invoices and cancellation controls.
- Cancellation takes effect under the terms shown in checkout and the billing portal.
- Refund requests require human review; the site does not promise an unapproved refund policy.
